Paying For Your Lessons

Payment for your dance lesson package is made when you come along to the studio for your first lesson.

Methods of Payment :

•  Cash   
•  Cheque: cheques should be made payable to 'Edinburgh Dance School'    
• Bank transfer (account name:Edinburgh Dance School, Account number 00602114, Sort code 83 19 36) IBAN: GBO8RBOS83193600602114,          BIC: RBOSGB2L

 Any additional lessons required can be paid for separately at the time.

Rescheduling A Lesson You Can't Make

If you are unable to make any of the lessons you have booked you can quickly and easily reschedule them. When you first book your lessons you will receive an email confirming all the times and dates you have chosen for your lessons. At the bottom of the email, there's a link (in blue) that will take you to your initial booking page. There you can reschedule the lesson to another suitable day.

Do Try To Give Us A Little Notice

If you are unable to make your scheduled lesson please let us know as soon as possible by emailing felicity@learn2weddingdance.co.uk.

Please do try to give us a minimum of 4 hours' notice if you are rescheduling to allow us enough time to reschedule your choreographer. 

There's no charge for rescheduling a lesson provided you give us at least 4 hours' notice. 

Canceling Lessons

If you decide to cancel after you have started your lessons with us, a charge of £10 for every remaining hour will apply before a refund is offered. The final refund amount will be based on the package for the number of lessons taken and not at the lower rate applied for a bigger package of dance initially booked.
